Jairo's Irrigation & Landscaping didn't start with investors, a franchise playbook, or a marketing budget. It started with Jairo Murcia, a truck, a lawnmower, and the belief that homeowners in North Texas deserved better than what most landscaping companies were offering — missed appointments, vague quotes, sloppy work, and disappearing crews. Twenty years later, we serve over 120 active subscribers, complete hundreds of irrigation repairs annually, and deliver landscape transformations that homeowners across three cities trust us with again and again.
How It Started
One truck. One mower. One promise.
Jairo Murcia studied architecture, business administration, and finance — three fields that don’t usually overlap with residential landscaping. But when he moved to Coppell in 2006, he saw an opportunity his training prepared him for: homeowners in North Texas deserved better than what most landscaping companies were offering. Missed appointments. Vague quotes. Sloppy work. Disappearing crews.
He started by mowing lawns — one client at a time, one yard at a time. Within a year, those clients were asking for more: flower beds, sprinkler repairs, seasonal plantings, drainage fixes. Jairo built out each service based on demand, training crews in-house and refusing to subcontract a single job.
By 2010, Jairo’s was a full-service landscaping and irrigation operation. By 2015, recurring lawn care subscriptions became the backbone of the business. Today, Jairo’s employs dedicated crews across landscape installation, irrigation repair, and maintenance — all operating out of our Coppell headquarters and serving homeowners across three cities.

Who We Are Today
A residential specialist — by design.
Jairo’s operates with two to four crew members per project, dedicated irrigation specialists, and a full-time operations team led by Lorena Gil. We serve homeowners exclusively — no commercial contracts, no new construction. That focus means every system we’ve designed, every repair process we’ve refined, and every subscription model we’ve built is optimized for residential properties in established neighborhoods.
In peak season we complete over 100 irrigation repair jobs per month. Our landscape team runs four to eight installation projects simultaneously. Our lawn care division serves over 120 active subscribers across all three cities.
We’re licensed, insured, and process all billing through QuickBooks. Payment options include card, check, Zelle, and bank transfer. Invoices are sent the same day the work is completed.

We Don't Oversell
If your system needs a $150 repair, we won't pitch a $3,000 replacement. If your yard needs seasonal flowers, we won't try to sell a full redesign. We diagnose honestly and quote fairly.
We Stay Year-Round
While most North Texas landscapers shut down between November and February, our crews keep working. Leaf cleanup, bed maintenance, winter irrigation prep — your yard doesn't take a season off, neither do we.
