How long has Jairo's been in business?
We were founded in 2006 and have been serving North Texas homeowners for 20 years.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed and insured for all residential landscaping and irrigation work in Texas.
How do I get a quote?

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, checks, Zelle, and bank transfers. Invoicing is handled through QuickBooks and sent the same day work is completed.
Do you offer financing?
We do not currently offer financing. Payment is due upon project completion.
Landscape Design Questions
How long does a landscape project take?
Most residential landscape installations complete in one to three days depending on scope.
Do you provide the plants and materials?
Yes — we source, deliver, and install all materials including sod, plants, flowers, stone, and mulch.
What if a plant dies after installation?
Plants that die outside their normal seasonal cycle are replaced at no charge. Seasonal flowers are expected to last through their season only.
Can you work within HOA guidelines?
Yes. We’re experienced with HOA requirements across Coppell, Lewisville, and Flower Mound subdivisions.
What does landscape design cost?
The average landscape project runs around $3,000, with smaller seasonal refreshes starting lower and large redesigns going higher. We provide exact quotes during on-site estimates.
Irrigation & Sprinkler Repair Questions
Can you come the same day?
Yes — call during business hours and we’ll visit and repair the same day in most cases.
What does the one-year warranty cover?
The warranty covers the specific component or zone we repaired. If our work fails within twelve months, we fix it at no charge.
Can you upgrade my controller to a smart system?
Yes — we install Wi-Fi-enabled controllers you can manage from your phone.
Do you install new irrigation systems?
We focus on repairs, upgrades, and expansions for existing residential systems.
What does a typical repair cost?
The average irrigation repair is around $200, though pricing varies based on the scope of work.
Drainage Solutions Questions
How do I know if I need drainage work?
Standing water after rain, soggy flower beds, water pooling near your foundation, or visible erosion are all signs. We provide free drainage assessments.
How long does installation take?
Most residential drainage systems install in one to two days.
Will the system be visible?
No — all piping is underground and the surface is restored after installation.
How much does a drainage system cost?
The average drainage project runs around $1,800 depending on the length of the trench run and complexity.
Stonework & Hardscaping Questions
What types of stone do you work with?
River rock, flagstone, limestone, natural pavers, and decorative gravel.
How long does a patio installation take?
Most patio projects complete in two to four days.
Do you design the layout?
Yes — our founder is a trained architect and designs every stonework project in-house.
How much does hardscaping cost?
The average stonework project is around $3,500, ranging from small border installations to large patio builds.
Lawn Care Plans Questions
What's included in each plan?
Weekly plans include mowing, edging, and cleanup. Monthly plans add bed maintenance, trimming, and seasonal care. Annual contracts include everything with rate locks and priority scheduling.
How much does a lawn care plan cost?
Weekly plans start at $45 per visit. Monthly full-service starts at $200 per month. Annual contracts are quoted based on property size.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel with 30 days notice. Annual contracts run the full twelve-month term.
Do you work in winter?
Yes — monthly and annual clients receive leaf cleanup, bed maintenance, and winter yard care twelve months a year.
Do I need to be home?
No. We schedule a recurring day and time and complete the service whether you’re home or not.

How do I book an estimate?

What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
When is payment due?
Payment is due upon project completion. Recurring lawn care clients are invoiced monthly.
How do you send invoices?
Through QuickBooks. You’ll receive an email invoice the same day work is completed.
Do you offer emergency service?
