What Each Visit Includes
Every lawn care visit follows the same professional protocol regardless of plan tier. Our crew arrives with commercial-grade mowing equipment — not the residential mower your previous company used. We cut the turf to the optimal height for your grass variety and the current season, edge cleanly along all hardscape borders including sidewalks, driveways, and curbs, and blow all clippings and debris off hard surfaces before we leave.
For monthly and annual plan holders, we also inspect and clean flower beds, trim bushes and shrubs to maintain shape and health, and address seasonal needs like leaf removal in fall and pre-spring bed preparation in February. If we notice an irrigation issue during a visit — a broken head, a dry zone, a leak — we flag it for you and can schedule a repair through our irrigation and sprinkler repair team.
Invoicing happens at the end of each month through QuickBooks. Clients can pay by card, check, Zelle, or bank transfer. Many clients set up automatic payments through their bank for completely hands-free service.
